Travel Logistics
We understand that planning for travel can be exciting yet overwhelming. Rest assured, we’ll provide you with all the necessary information about flights, transfers, and any other logistical details to make your journey seamless. Reminder – your international flight from New York (NYC) to Accra (ACC) is INCLUDED. However, you must book with our group to ensure the group rate. Flight rate will be secured once 50% of your payment is made. Rate is not on hold and subject to change at any time.

Important Trip Details
Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. We will be sharing a comprehensive travel guide with all the necessary information, including packing tips, accommodation details, and any specific guidelines or requirements for the trip. To get a head start, please make sure your passport will NOT expire before the departure date, apply for your Visa, and research whether you would like to add travel insurance (highly recommended). Also, courtesy reminder that your trip balance is due August 1 to allow us time to finalize the plans for an EPIC getaway!
Throughout this adventure, we will be there to ensure that every moment is filled with joy, discovery, and an abundance of good vibes! We also encourage you to connect with your fellow travelers once you’re added to our dedicated WhatsApp group.
