No, a non-refundable deposit of $1,500 is due by June 22nd, 2023 or $2,400 by July 1st, 2023 to hold your spot. The remaining balance can be paid any time in full by August 1, 2023.

Fully vaccinated travelers do not need to show a negative COVID-19 test. Unvaccinated travelers are required to have a negative test. (Subject to change based on the most current CDC advisory prior to trip)
Majority of our hotels are 5 star and reputable hotels. We will also be enjoying a private island for an exclusive experience.

A minimum of $500 is recommended but the amount is totally at your discretion. (Credit card machines & POS are available in most locations, but please be prepared with cash in the rare occasion of power outages)
There may be the rare occasion where an unforeseen circumstance causes a change in the itinerary. If so, we will update all travelers immediately and provide an alternate and comparable option for the missed event.
No. However, please have in mind that the fee is inclusive of scheduled activities and select meals. Compensation will not be provided should you choose not to attend or participate in group activities.
Cancellations will be accepted in writing and subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of payments made in excess of the non-refundable deposit. Full penalty if canceled within 30 days of departure date. (Claim must be filed directly with travel insurance if purchased)
Tours will proceed as planned except in the case of a natural disaster or other serious national emergency that will affect the safety and well-being of our team and travelers. In this instance, we will inform all travelers in writing of cancelations or alternative plans, when applicable. If canceled, we recommend rescheduling for another date. You may also receive a full refund less purchased airfare, administrative fees, or other non-refundable fees with contracted vendors.
